IMPORTANT Information About Ordering and Delivery Delivery of your food order will arrive in an insulated box containing Dry Ice,within 24 hrs of dispatch.Somebody
should be available at the address you have specified to sign for and accept delivery. In all cases we ask you to advise us of an alternative; e.g. 'with Mrs Jones at No 49' or 'in the bike shed' etc. We cannot accept instructions to 'search for a neighbour who is in'. The alternative must be a short distance away,
NOT across town. During checkout you may request any day from
Tuesday to Saturday to have your food delivered. Our special packaging ensures your food stays frozen in transit.
You should move the food into a freezer (or oven)as soon as it reaches it's destination.Please be aware there will be surplus Dry Ice in the box-please
DO NOT handle this as it will
burn skin!
- Orders made before 12 midday - we can deliver '2 business days' later. Weekend and Public/Bank Holidays are NOT business days.
- So, if you order on a Monday before 12 midday, the earliest delivery you could request is on the Wednesday. If you order on Thursday before 12 midday, the earliest we can deliver is Saturday, although this will incur a surcharge as above, otherwise it will be Tuesday, as will all orders received on Friday.
