Trading Style
Dining-Made-Easy is the Internet Trading Name of Johnson & O'Neill, t/a Dining-Made-Easy. Full details are on the bottom of this page.
Payment We will accept payment by credit or debit card. Courier deliveries will only be despatched when we have received your payment. Our automated system will debit your card on receipt of your order. Should your order include anything out of stock on the despatch date, you will have the choice of a refund or a credit note. If we cannot contact you to advise of a shortage, we will send all items which are available.
Delivery The delivery address you specify may be at home, at work, or with a neighbour or relative. A delivery which is not signed for is left "at your risk", if the driver can find a reasonably secure place to leave the package. If we anticipate any difficulties concerning delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a mutually acceptable alternative.
Our Guarantee Our constant aim is to supply you with food of the highest standard. If you are not happy with the product/service received by us, please keep a note of all batch numers (found on each product guide), and we will do our upmost to resolve ANY problems ( and swiftly).
Cancellation of Orders You may cancel your order at any time up to the closing time for acceptance of orders. We will refund any payment you have made, but reserve the right to make a charge of 5% to cover the costs incurred by us in handling your payment/credit.
Personal Information When you pay by card we are obliged to ensure that the person ordering is the cardholder. We will not pass on any details about you to any person not directly employed by us, unless required to do so by law. The exception is when we confirm security of a Credit/Charge Card transaction. Delivery information will be disclosed to a delivery or courier service, including contact telephone details.

Complaints Handling We hope that you never have cause to complain about our service or products. If, despite our best efforts, you do have a complaint, please email us giving us as much information as you wish. We will try to acknowledge by the following working day, and to contact you to tell you what we will do to resolve your complaint within 4 working days.
VAT Where applicable, VAT at the relevant rate is included in the site price.
