Chinese Crispy Duck
Gorgeous as a Starter or Main Meal. Half a duck, breast and thigh, skin on, boneless.
 Delicious and easy to prepare.
Needs no defrosting. Pre-cooked and marinated with Chinese seasoning.
300g (serves 2)
 Half-duck, that is the breast and thigh, with all bones removed, skin on.

When served with pancakes, plum sauce, and shredded leeks and spring onions, this should be sufficient for 2 main course servings.
Ingredients
 Duck (96%), marinade (water, sugar, salt, ginger, soy sauce (water, soy bean, wheat, salt, fructose syrup, seed mold, seed yeast, cinnamon powder, clove powder)).
Cooking Instructions
 COOK FROM FROZEN, in Microwave OR Oven. MICROWAVE: Pierce Pouch & cook on Full for 4 - 5 min. For best results crisp under the HOT grill for 1 – 2 min. OVEN Pre-heat to 220ºC Gas Mk 7. Remove pouch & cook for 20 – 25 min.

Took Glenn's advice and bought some pancakes from my local Chinese takeaway. Served them the duck with plumb sauce and they were fab.
