Hand picked in their prime. Individually frozen asparagus spears. Use as a starter, or a side dish.
250g, 2 starters
15-20 x 5 inch spears. Or two side dishes.
Handling
This is a raw product. Cook from frozen, in boiling water (4 minutes), or steam (5 minutes), or microwave (1 minute).
Just cook until piping hot.
Serve with butter, aioli, or hollandaise sauce.

ordinarily I would only ever buy fresh vegetables, however this christmas it was necessary that i had back up and i purchased a variety of the frozen veg on this site. i must say that i was delighted with the produce,. they cooked up amazingly and you couldn't tell that the brussel sprouts weren't fresh out of the garden. The asparagus was tender and in my opinon better as there was no woody stalk to contend with. A big thank you to dining made easy
