Banana ice cream, rippled with caramel sauce & crunchy biscuit pieces. Made with double cream from Langage Farms own herd of Jersey and Guernsey cows. V

Handling
 Leave in a refrigerator to soften, 30 minutes before serving.

The density of the ice cream means it is very hard, straight out of the freezer.
Ingredients
 Fresh Channel Islands' whole milk, double cream (19%), caramel sauce (14%), banana puree (9%), crumble pieces (5%) sugar, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, flavour natural, emulsifier-lecithin, mono & diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilisers- locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan, flavour- vanilla.
