Ingedients

 Cod Fillet with 10% Minced Cod Fillet(60%), Batter (water, wheat flour, maize flour, wheat starch, rusk, hydrogenated, vegetable oil, salt, Soya flour, raising agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Mustard powder, Skimmed milk powder, Dextrose, flavouring, spice, colours (cur cumin, Paprika), Vegetable oil.

Cooking Instructions

 

FROM FROZEN

DEEP FRY. Pre heat oil to 190c/375f. Lower cod fingers into oil; & cook for 5-6 mins.

Oven. Place on baking tray. Pre heat oven to 230c/gas mark 8 & cook for 18-20 mins.
