Boneless Turkey whole muscle breast meat (min 83%) with skin on, to give a natural texture and appearance.
The rolled meat has added salt, sugar and water, to maintain moistness and avoid basting.
There are NO ADDITIVES, NO PRESERVATIVES.

Will serve between 10 and 12. Presented in a roaster bag, it can be cooked in from frozen or thawed, keeping the meat moist and protecting the oven from splashing juices. Roaster bag has a white spot for easy identification, which turns opaque when the turkey is fully cooked. BRILLIANT!

 Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Pre-heat oven to 200ºc and cook for 2.5 to 3 hours.

We used the Turkey Roll last Christmas. My wife was in hospital until 3pm Christmas Day. I cooked the meal and I'm not much good at it. It cooked so easily. The white spot told me when it was ready - the bag also splits when it is ready. It was amazing! Then the meat! Moist, delicious and so easy to cut slices successfully. Who would want a bird with all the mess and fuss?

This was a suprise, easy to cook, no mess, moist, and loads left for boxing day. It is as good as it looks in the picture. Highly recommended. I will be having one for Easter.
