Cooking Guidelines
Cook from frozen.

Oven; Pre-heat oven to 220ºC, Gas Mark 7. Remove from packaging and spread on a baking tray, place in middle of oven, 16-18 minutes.

Can also be deep-fried, 3-4 minutes in 180ºC oil
