Undyed, lightly smoked, award winning whole kippers.

Frozen and vacuum-sealed in pairs.
Preparation
Only the highest quality herring are used to produce these. They are traditionally cured and drip-dried. They are then cold-smoked (below 24ºC) over oak chippings, for several hours.
Cooking Guidelines
Though they can be served cold, best heated through until piping hot.

These need defrosting so you can separate them.

Best just slowly grilled skin side down with butter on top. Serve with warmed Bread Rolls, for a majestic breakfast.
