A smooth praline ice cream brimming with caramel sauce and strewn with crunchy praline pecan nuts. Made with double cream from Langage Farm's own herd of Jersey and Guernsey cows. V

Handling
 Leave in a refrigerator to soften, 30 minutes before serving.

The density of the ice cream means it is very hard, straight out of the freezer.
Ingredients
 Fresh Channel Islands' whole milk, double cream (14%),Caramel Sauce (12%),Praline Pecans (12%), sugar, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, flavour natural, emulsifier-lecithin, mono & diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilisers- locust bean gum, guar gum & carrageenan.

This is a superb ice-cream. Full flavoured & incredibly moreish. It is a firm favourite with myself and all the family.
