An unusual combination of flavours, but they work! Short crust pastry with a rich, smooth layer of Italian Ricotta, Swiss Gruyere and Full Fat Soft cheese interlaced with Chestnuts, pre-baked and hand finished with a topping of Caramelised Red Onions, Pears, Figs and cracked Black Pepper.

Cooking Instructions
From frozen: Remove from foil. For best results, place on a lightly greased baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180°C, Gas mark 4 for approximately 25 minutes.  Alternatively place the cardboard collar provided, around the cheesecake and cook on medium power in a 1.3KW microwave for approximately 3 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute prior to serving.  Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.

 Cheese Layer- Whole Pasteurised Egg, Cheeses - (Ricotta, Gruyere, Full Fat Soft Cheese), Chestnuts, Salt, Black Pepper.
 Topping- Red Onion, Dehydrated Pears, Dried Pear, Preservative E220, Butter, Demerara Sugar, Figs, Salt Black Pepper.
 Pastry Base - Wheatflour, Hydrogenated & Non hydrogenated Rape & Palm Oil, Water Salt Emulsifier E471.

Wow this is lovely, did not know what to expect, an unusual combo, but it is packed full of flavour. I will be having more of these.
