Ingredients
 Chicken fillet (79%), water, marinade (Paprika, cumin, cayenne, chillies, chilli powder, black pepper), sugar, salt, dehydrated tomato, dehydrated garlic, yeast extract, dehydrated onion, modified maize waxy starch antioxidant (E330), colour (E160c), flavouring (nature, smoke, natural)), salt, antioxidant (e333ii), stabilisers E451i, E407).
Cooking Guidelines
 FROM FROZEN

Oven
Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°c, gas mark 6 for approximately 18-20 minutes.
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout

Grill
Remove from packaging, lightly brush with oil and place under pre-heated grill (medium) for approximately 14-16 minutes, turning during this time.
