Cooking Instructions
 Cook from Frozen –
 Microwave – Pierce Pouch place in suitable dish & Cook at 1000W for 8min, shake gently before serving.
 Boiling—Place Pouch in a pan of simmering water for approx 20min., shake gently before serving.
