Cooking Guidelines
From frozen.
Microwave: In a 1.3 kw oven, pierce pouch, and cook on full power for 6 minutes. Leave to rest for a further minute.

Simmering water: Place pouch in boiling water, bring back to the boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Shake pouch gently and serve.
