OVEN BAKE: PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 230ºC (450ºF) GAS MARK 8. PLACE FISH ON BAKING TRAY & BAKE FOR 35 MINS UNTIL GOLDERN BROWN.

DEEP FRY: PRE-HEAT OIL TO 180ºC (350ºF) FRY FOR APPROX 6-7 MINS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. DRAIN WELL BEFORE SERVING
