Chocolate and orange flavour ice cream, imbued with Cointreau. Delicious. Made with double cream from Langage Farm's own herd of Jersey and Guernsey cows. V

Sufficient for 4 desserts. 
Ingredients
 Fresh Channel Islands' whole milk, chocolate flavoured chunks (19%), double cream (14%), sugar, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, Cointreau (2%),  emulsifier-lecithin, mono & diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilisers- locust bean gum, guar gum, carageenan, flavour- vanilla.
Handling
 Leave in a refrigerator to soften, 30 minutes before serving.

The density of the ice cream means it is very hard, straight out of the freezer.
