 IQF, Individually quick frozen, at sea, within 4 hours of being caught.Then glazed to seal freshness.

Baked Buttery Cod Loins
Preheat oven to Gas Mark 5, 375ºF (190ºC)
Place Cod Loins in a greased metal baking tray.
Thickly butter the top of each piece.
Season to taste with sea salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Cover with foil, and cook on the top shelf for 30 minutes. 
Be gentle with the fragile cooked fish.
Serve with the accumulated juices, with potatoes and veg. 

Perfect Fish Pie
 Why not just cheat? This recipe for fish pie takes seconds to prepare, and looks and tastes great.

Just take some raw fish fillets, say Haddock Fillets, or Cod Loins, and/or Smoked Haddock.
Lay them on a shallow greased baking tray. Scatter your Potatoes Gratin Dauphinoise on top. Bake in a preheated oven for the best part of an hour. Just until the top goes golden brown.
Serve with Mange Tout.
