Why not just cheat? This recipe for fish pie takes seconds to prepare, and looks and tastes great.
Just take some raw fish fillets, say
Haddock Fillets, or
Cod Loins, and/or
Natural Smoked HaddockLay them on a shallow greased baking tray. Scatter your
Potatoes Gratin Dauphinoise on top. Bake in a preheated oven for the best part of an hour. Just until the top goes golden brown.
