Rich and light, perfect for cream tea, with scones and jam, or to dress any dessert.
Ideal for making brandy butter.

Ideal with scones and jam. Makes hot puddings exquisite.
Handling
Defrost in the refrigerator 3-4 hours before use. To be consumed within 3 days (kept refrigerated)

It may require two spoons to serve up this rich sticky cream.
Brandy Butter
Once thawed, mix in blender, or with wooden spoon, with 5 ounces of icing sugar. Then fold in 2 tablespoons of your favourite brandy, Cognac or Armagnac. Store in refrigerator ready for serving.
