Oven bake from frozen; Remove from packaging. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 200ºC/ Gas Mark 6 for 20-25 minutes, turning over half way through cooking.
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
Shallow fry from frozen; Shallow fry in olive oil on low heat, for 15-20 minutes, turning once or twice.
