Cooking Instructions
Always From Frozen. Microwave 850W  - Loosen Lid, Cook on Full Power 6/7min. Oven - Preheat to Gas Mark 6, 220ºC Remove from the container & transfer to an ovenproof dish. Cook in centre of oven for 35-40min.
