Cooking Instructions:
COOK FROM FROZEN (If defrosted reduce cooking times by approximately 3 minutes). GRILL: Pre-heat grill to moderate heat. Lightly baste product on both sides. Place on grill rack for approximately 15 minutes, turning frequently. GRIDDLE: Place product onto hot griddle and cook for approximately 14-15 minutes turning frequently. OVENBAKE: Pre-heat oven to 200C/40F/Gas mark 6. Place product on a lightly basted baking tray for 25-30 minutes turning occasionally
