Serving Suggestion - try them in a Stir-Fry. Defrost first and slice very thinly. Mix with your favourite vegetable or rice combination.

Ingredients
 Chicken (83%), Water, Sugar, Mustard Flour, Mustard Seeds, Spices, Modified Maize Starch, Preservatives: Acetic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Ginger Puree (Contains Preservatives: Citric Acid), Garlic Puree (Contains Preservative Citric Acid), Molasses, Flavouring, Modified Potato Starch, Stabiliser, Xanthan Gum, Colour, Paprika Extract
Cooking Instructions:
COOK FROM FROZEN (If defrosted reduce cooking times by approximately 3 minutes).
 GRILL: Pre-heat grill to moderate heat. Lightly baste product on both sides. Place on grill rack for approximately 15 minutes, turning frequently.
 GRIDDLE: Place product onto hot griddle and cook for approximately 14-15 minutes turning frequently.
 OVENBAKE: Pre-heat oven to 200C/40F/Gas mark 6. Place product on a lightly basted baking tray for 25-30 minutes turning occasionally.
