A hand-made Ice cream gateau, on a light sponge base, easily cut from frozen. Made with layers of delicious Langage Ice Cream with Raspberries. Beautifully presented in a gold band, this irresistible Devon Dairy creation will not last long on the dinner table. A fabulous dessert! V

Handling
Remove from freezer and allow to soften in refrigerator 20-30 minutes before serving.
Ingredients
Fresh Channel Islands' whole milk,clotted cream (10%), double cream (8%), sugar, raspberry fruit(4%), raspberry juice(3%), skimmed milk powder, dextrose, flavour-vanilla, emulsifier-lecithin, mono & diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilisers- locust bean gum, guar gum & carrageenan.
Sponge contains; flour, egg, sugar.
 No artificial colourings, flavourings, preservatives.
