Cooking Guidelines
 COOKING Guidelines FROM FROZEN: Remove from packaging. Place on a plate and cover with cling film. Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 1.30 minutes,

Alternatively Place on a baking tray and cover with tin foil in a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 180ºC, Gas Mark 4 for approximately 15 minutes, remove the foil and cook for a further 10 - 15 minutes to brown. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
