Ingredients
Water, Wheatflour, Beef (16%), Shortening (Palm Oil & Non-hydrogenated Vegetable Oil), Kidney(7.5%), Beef Suet, Onions, Salt, Soya Flour, Modified Maize Starch, Vegetable Oil, Malt Vinegar, Beef Bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Flavourings (Wheat, Soya, Barley, Celery), Sugar, Colour (E150c), Rapeseed Oil, Onion Powder, Pepper Extract), Colour (Water E150c), Sugar, Black Pepper, Garlic, Mixed Herbs, Celery Powder, Bay Leaf.
Cooking Instructions
Reheating from frozen.

Microwave
Step 1) Leave Pudding in the tub. Place in microwave, and heat on full power, 1000watt, 2 minutes

Step 2) Remove from microwave, allow to stand for 1 minute, slide knife between pastry and tub, then Knock firmly out on plate.

Oven
Heat in convection oven for 45 minutes at 180ºC (this makes the pastry lovely and crisp)
