50-60 prawns. Enough for about 6-8 starters, or 4-5 mains.
Does not contain any polyphosphates.
Handling instructions
 Simply defrost for 2-3 hours in a refrigerator.
 If adding to cooked dishes, curries for example, add at the end of the cooking process. As they are cooked already the prawns will become tough if subjected to much more heat.
