Handling instructions
 Simply defrost and serve. A handy tip for defrosting is NOT to use warm water, just cold. Do not use the microwave - the prawn becomes tough. Also if adding to cooked dishes, curries for example, add at the end of the cooking process. As they are cooked already the prawns will become tough if subjected to much more heat.
