Handling
Remove from freezer, and allow to soften in a refrigerator 20-30 minutes before serving. 
Ingredients
Fresh skimmed milk, live yogurt (23%), lemon curd (16%), sugar, double cream, skimmed milk powder, mini meringues (3%), glucose syrup, lemon flavour, egg yolk powder, stabilisers - locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan.
