Starters for 4 or 5     

 Cooked crab claw meat (41.5%), Surimi (10%), (white fish(93.5%), sugar, preservative (E451), white egg powder), mayonnaise (soybean oil, pasteurised egg(salt), sugar, spirit vinegar, modified waxy maize starch, mustard paste( spirit vinegar, modified tapioca starch, mustard powder, water), stabiliser (E415, citric acid, spice( mustard extract), salt, water), breadcrumb (wheatflour, vegetable shortening (palm oil), sugar, salt, yeast), modified tapioca starch, water, egg white powder, Worcestershire sauce (distilled spirit vinegar, corn syrup, salt, water molasses, colour (E150a), sugar, anchovies, tamarind flavour spices( paprika, celery, pepper, thyme, nutmeg, clove, mustard), wheatflour, salt, yeast extract, citric acid), salt, preservative (E451), dried parsley.

 Deep fry
Fry in hot oil 180°c for approximately 4.5 minutes.
 Shallow fry
Shallow fry in a little oil for approximately 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Ensure product is cooked thoroughly throughout.
