Handling instructions
 Microwave a portion of frozen mashed potato in a suitable container on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 1 1/2 minutes. Stir the mash thoroughly before serving and ensure the food is piping hot throughout. If microwaving more than 1 portion at a time, increase the cooking times accordingly.
For those not concerned with calories, add lots of butter.
