Each Vac-Pac contains a lean Lamb Steak, marinated in a Garden Mint glaze - that's one adult portion.
These do need defrosting before you cook them.
May be grilled or cooked in the oven.

Ingredients
Lamb, sugar modified starch, salt, flavour enhancer E621, acidity regulator E262, herb, hydrolysed vegetable protein, malic acid E296, tomato powder, flavourings, colours E160c, E100.Note: contains trace amount of Antioxidant E307-proc.aid
Cooking Instructions
 

Defrost over night in refrigerator, use within 24 hours.

Pre-heat oven to 180°c/gas mark 5, wrap in basted foil, place on a baking tray and cook for approximately 25-30 mins

Lovely minty taste, and tender. I have them with a roast on Sunday, or a salad for a quick week-day meal.
