Lamb leg steak, bone in. Marinated in a mint sauce to bring out the flavour, and tenderise.
These do need defrosting before you cook them.
May be grilled or cooked in the oven.
Meat from New Zealand.
2 x 200-230g (7-8 oz)
Cooking Instructions
  Defrost overnight in refrigerator, use within 24 hours.

Pre-heat oven to 180ºC/Gas Mark 5, place on a baking tray, cover with foil, and cook for approximately 25-30 mins.
Barbecue
Already marinated, so ready to go for the BBQ. Why not have a NZ themed barbecue, with Greenshell Mussels for starters, and Crowded House on the stereo.

 Defost for 4-5 hours in a refrigerator before use.
Just barbecue for 10-15 minutes, turning regularly. Serve with potato salad, and tomato salad.

Lovely minty taste, and tender. I have them with a roast on Sunday, or a salad for a quick week-day meal.
