Mussels in full shell in a traditional white wine, onion and parsley sauce.

4 small starters, or two large helpings
Ingredients

Mussels(88%), white wine(4%), vegetable oil blend, (palm oil, rapeseed oil, emulsifier(E471), colour(E160e)), onions(2%), butter, parsley, celery.

Cooking Instructions
Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan and place over a medium heat to thaw. Bring to the boil, shaking pan occasionally and cook for approximately 3 minutes until shells open. Treat mussels as for fresh.
Serve with chunky bread, to soak up the sauce.
