Naturally Oak-Smoked Haddock Fillets.
Skinless and boned (due to the nature of haddock, some small bones may be missed)
Smoked, quick-frozen and glazed.
2 x 140-170g (5-6 oz)
Ingredients
 

Haddock fillets, salt, woodsmoke.

Handling
Grill, fry or oven bake. Just cook until piping hot throughout. This won't take long, as these are thin and will cook from frozen. 
Ideal for kedgeree, or Arnold Bennet.

Where can you get REAL smoked haddock these days and not that dyed muck. This stuff is utterly gorgeous and just beautifully smoked. I like it poached in the microwave, with a little milk. FULL MARKS Dining Made Easy!
