Two pairs of fillets, from two fish. 4 starters, or two mains.
Preparation
 Two fillets of Tregida Oak Roasted Trout with Dill. Our trout (sourced locally) are bought in fresh to order on the day of smoking. After brining they are hot smoked creating a moist delicious product  Taste of the West
Serving Suggestions
Defrost in a refrigerator 3-4 hours. As a starter, serve with crusty bread and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Goes well with salad.
