FROM FROZEN

Grill: remove all packaging, brush fillet with melted butter or oil & place under a pre-heated grill on a medium setting for 12-15 mins, turning once.
Oven bake: remove all packaging, place fillet in buttered foil, brush with melted butter, add a squeeze of lemon & a sprinkling of herbs & season. Seal foil parcel & bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/gas mark 6 for 25-30 mins.
Microwave: Puncture bag & place on a microwave able dish. Cook on 1200w for ¾ minutes per portion & leave for 2-3 mins. Adjust times for ovens with other settings. This product may contain some small bones.
