Ingredients
 Prefried Sliced Potatoes (50%): Potatoes, Palm and Sunflower Oils. Coating (50%): Water, Cream Sauce (25%) [Cream (62%), Skimmed Milk Powder, Stabilisers (E401, E407, E412, E466), Emulsifiers (E471)], Milk Powder, Modified Potato Starch, Milk Protein, Modified Corn Starch, Glucose Syrup, Dried Emmental Cheese (6%), Salt, Dried Garlic, Spices.
Cooking Instructions
FROM FROZEN: Place required quantity in a suitable, shallow baking dish and cook in a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200ºC, Gas Mark 6 for approximately 25 minutes. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout, and golden brown on top.

These will microwave, but won't brown on top.

Perfect Fish Pie
These work beautifully as the top of a fish pie.

Just take some raw fish fillets, say Haddock Fillets, or Cod Loins, and/or Smoked Haddock.
Lay them on a shallow greased baking tray. Scatter your Potatoes Gratin Dauphinoise on top. Bake in a preheated oven for the best part of an hour. Just until the top goes golden brown.
Serve with Mange Tout.
