Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen. Season to taste.

Stir-fry; Fry in hot oil over a medium heat for approximately six minutes

Oven Bake; Bake in a preheated medium oven, 20-25 minutes. Drizzle olive oil over the veg before baking, to bring out the flavour.
