Whitefish fillet rolled around a Scallop and Crab stuffing. Makes a stunning main meal item, or a LARGE and delicious starter, basted with butter - nothing to do but cook!

Ingredients
Plaice fillet (46%), filling, (water, dried breadcrumb, Scallops (11%), White Crab (5%), Sunflower oil, (emulsifier-Lecithin, Flavourings, Vitamins A&D), Skimmed milk powder, Vegetable Bouillon, Modified Starch, Sugar, Salt, Parmesan, Tomato Puree, Lemon Juice, Mustard powder, Black Pepper, Dill, Margarine (Emulsifier E471, E322), Preservative E202, Colours E100, E160 (b), Flavourings.
Cooking Instructions
Prebasted, just cook from frozen.

Can be microwaved, 5-6 minutes per portion.

Oven bake, in a preheated oven, at 200ºC 25-30 minutes.
