Oven-Bake straight from the freezer.
Ingredients
 Salmon (32%), Batter, (Water, Wheat flour, Wheat Starch, Salt, Sugar, Hydrogenated Vegetable, Oil, Raising Agents: Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate; Whole Egg Powder), Broccoli (8%)Breadcrumbs, Milk, Vegetable Oil, Full Fat Soft Cheese, Whipping Cream, Modified Maize, Starch, Butter, Vegetable Bouillion, Onions, Salt, Pepper.
Cooking Instructions
 

FROM FROZEN

OVEN BAKE: Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven 220°c(425°F) Gas Mark 7 for 30-35 mins (this can be reduced if a convection oven is used)

DEEP FRY: Place in hot oil 180°C for 8-10 mins.

Children as well as adults love these. Lovely large pieces of salmon flakes and brocolli you can see and taste. I keep lots in the freezer for a quick snack, really filling and tasty.

These Salmon Shanties are one of our family's favourite meals. Easy to prepare: go well with most vegetables or on their own with a mixed salad; a brilliant stand-by in the freezer and so tasty.
