Winner of the Seafood Challenge 2005 in conjunction with the Craft Guild of Chefs. Prepared using the best Scottish Salmon and Atlantic cod fillet, bound with the traditional ingredients of tartare sauce (mayonnaise, English mustard, fresh shallots, fresh lemon zest, chopped capers and gherkins) together with hand crushed charlotte potatotes and finished with a seasoned light flour dusting to give that special hand made appearance.

4 starters or two main course fishcakes
Cooking Instructions
 FROM FROZEN: Shallow fry or grill at a medium to high heat for 11minutes, turning halfway through cooking. TO OVEN BAKE: Place on a lightly greased tray in a preheated oven set at 220°C for approximately 18- 20 minutes. Not recommended for deep frying as this will compromise external apperance.
