Gently cooked in their own juice, these are generous cuts of British Red Tractor Assured, outdoor-reared pork belly joint. Marinated with thyme, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.
2 x 200-230g (7-8 oz)
Ingredients
 Cooked Pork Belly (96.7%), Olive Oil (2%), Sea Salt (0.7%), Cracked Black Pepper (0.3%), Thyme Sprigs (0.3%)
Handling & Preparation
 Handling guidelines defrosting: Allow to thaw in refrigerator for 12 hours. Once defrosted use within 48 hours.

Cooking Guidelines: Place pouch in boiling water, bring back to the boil, and simmer with a lid on for 15-20 minutes. Remove belly and place under a medium grill for 3-4 minutes to brown top, if required.

Alternatively: Pierce pouch and microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven for 3 minutes.
 
Cooking guidelines from frozen: Place pouch in boiling water, bring back to the boil, and simmer with a lid on for 30-40 minutes.

Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
