A traditional suet pudding, filled with rich ale and fresh mushroom sauce with fine lean steak.
Just as nice as Grandma's recipe, but much less trouble.
Ideal for busy, hungry people.
2 x 400g (14 oz)
Two hearty main course centres. May not need potatoes as well.

Ingredients
 Water, Wheat Flour, Beef (22%), Shortening (Palm Oil & Non-hydrogeated Vegetable Oil), Beef Suet, Mushrooms (4%), Onion, Modified Maize Starch, Ale (1%), Vegetable Oil, Salt, Soya Flour, Colour (E150c), Beef Bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Flavourings (Wheat, Soya, Barley, Celery), Sugar, Colour (E150c), Rapeseed Oil, Onion Powder, Pepper Extract), Onion Powder, Mushroom Powder, Black Pepper, Garlic Puree, Mixed Herbs.
Cooking Instructions

FROM FROZEN - Microwave pudding in pot, placing pastry side down, for 2 ½ min at 750 watt or 1½ min at 1000 watts full power. Then turn the right way up and wet the pastry top cook for a further 3 ½ or 2 ½ min respectively. If steaming cook for 35 min chilled or 1 hour & 10 min from frozen.
