A Suet Pudding, filled with Rich Ale and fresh Mushroom sauce with fine Lean steak.
Just as nice as Grandma's recipe, but much less trouble.
Ideal for busy, hungry people.

ADDITIVE-FREE. No Artificial Flavourings or Preservatives.
Ingredients
Beef Stock, Beef Minimum Content 28%, Mushrooms, Onions, Modified Starch, Flour, Vinegar, Vegetables, Light Beer, Salt Beef, Bouillon, Sugar, Garlic, Herbs, Spices. Pastry (Flour, Water, Vegetable Shortening, Suet, Salt).
Cooking Instructions
FROM FROZEN - Microwave pudding in pot, placing pastry side down, for 2 ½ min at 750 watt or 1½ min at 1000 watts full power. Then turn the right way up and wet the pastry top cook for a further 3 ½ or 2 ½ min respectively. If steaming cook for 35 min chilled or 1 hour & 10 min from frozen.
