Ingredients
Boneless plaice Fillets, Salmon Mousse (Water, Boneless Salmon Fillets & White Fish Fillets, Flour Wheaten Starch, Modified Starch, Milk powder, Vegetable Fat, Egg Whites, Natural Flavourings, Paprika, Herbs & Spices, Salt, Soya Protein, Food Acid (E330), Binding Agent E466, Flavour Enhancer-Yeast Extract), Piece Of Sliced Salmon.
Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen:

Ovenbake: Season fillets with salt & pepper, brush with butter. Place on a greased baking tray in a pre-heated oven 170c for approximately 25-30 mins. This may vary depending on the oven.

Shallow Fry: In a small amount of oil for approximately 10 mins until golden brown, turning occasionally.

Microwave: Place on a microwaveable plate and cover. Cook on high 650w for 3 mins, then rotate dish and cook for 2 mins. Stand for 1 min and season to taste
