Swordfish Steaks, Frozen-at-Sea within hours of being caught, packed separately so they can easily be cooked one at a time. Some people think they are like a Pork Cutlet, certainly in consistency.

Cooking Instructions
These will cook well from frozen, but I think they benefit from marinating whilst defrosting. Olive oil and lemon or lime juice, with some Eastern spices is lovely. Just sear and simmer.

BARBECUE: Brush lightly with Olive Oil and cook on med/hot barbecue for 8 to 10 minutes turning occasionally.
 
OVEN BAKE: Wrap in tin foil with a knob of butter and a dash of lemon juice. Then cook at 200ºC/395ºF/Gas Mark 5 for about 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked.

FRY/SAUTÉ: Lightly oil and season with salt and mill pepper. Pan fry at med/hot temperature for about 8 to 12 minutes turning once.
 
GRILL: Place under a moderate grill for 10 to 12 minutes turning occasionally. Brush with seasoned oil if required.
