Medallion of turkey breast meat topped with a rich pork, apricot and cranberry stuffing, then wrapped with rashers of maple cure bacon. Only takes 30 minutes to cook! No strings or bands to cut before serving!

Ingredients
Marinated Turkey Breast Portion (57%): (Turkey (48%), water, pea protein, salt, turkey stock, flavouring, chicken stock, yeast extract, rosemary extract),

Pork, Apricot & Cranberry Stuffing (28%):(Pork, pork belly(10%), dried apricots(2%)(contains antioxodent(sulphur dioxide)), Breadcrumb(wheatflour, wheat dextrose, yeast, salt, raising agents(E450, E500), flour treatment agents(E300, E920), herb extract, water, salt, sugar, Cranberries(1%), onion, garlic puree, salt, vegetable oil, thyme, parsley, onion powder, pepper, garlic powder.

Maple Cured Bacon (16%):(Pork, water, salt, maple syrup, stabiliser(E450, E451, E452), maple flavouring(contains colour(cararmel)), antioxident(E301), preservative(E250).

Cooking Instructions
 Remove from packaging and allow to defrost in a refrigerator for 8 hours.

Place on a baking tray and cover with tin foil, place in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven @ 200ºC, Gas Mark 6,  for approximaltley 20-25 minutes.

Remove from foil and place back into the oven for a further 10 minutes to brown.
